Job description
Are you a persistent and driven professional with high energy and some experience in sales and financial services? Are you looking to get involved with a 15+ year-old, market leading FinTech company transforming the world of wealth and data-management? We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to make calls nationally and who will work alongside our SVP of Sales and the sales team to support our business growth needs out. The position will be based out of our Connecticut headquarters.

Private Client Resources (“PCR”) is a recognized – high-growth, privately-backed company with a deep passion for using technology to bring simplicity and ease to the world of wealth management, data aggregation and reporting for a select audience of Ultra High-Network people and families, as well major institutional investors. At PCR, you’ll be joining a team with the unparalleled wealth and alternative investment manager experience, technology chops, and relentless passion and creativity required to dominate this complex and gigantic industry.

Our high-energy office is bright with ping pong, catered lunch on Friday and located in beautiful Wilton, Connecticut.

Junior Inside Sales Person, You Will:

· Drive growth and revenues through inbound lead flow by returning calls, making outbound calls, and responding to email inquiries

· Work with the sales team to maximize sales by transitioning and closing on inbound leads

· Vet and research inbound leads

· Provide webinars and presentations to prospective customers and educate prospects on the features and benefits of PCR’s platform

· Manage scheduling and appointments for PCR’s sales team

Junior Inside Sales Person, You Have:

· Hunger to grow and sharpen your salesmanship in a growing tech company

· Comfort working in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment

· Strong drive to overcome sales obstacles and ability to come up with creative solutions to potential roadblocks

· Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and follow-up skills

· A desire to learn the ins and outs of the wealth management and alternatives investment industry’s

· Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal skills

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree (Communications, Marketing, Finance or other business disciplines, preferred)

· 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience with a financial service, technology or investment management company helpful

· Experience with Salesforce, Constant Contact and other sales automation tools

· Solid Microsoft skills

· Experience with graphics and publishing apps is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

We offer a highly competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits program, 11 paid holidays, 22 PTO Days, collaborative workspace environment and access to office building gym.
Salary: $28 - 31K plus potential for variable compensation.
